Jocelyn Leigh

Certified Water Sommelier (one of only five women in the USA) + Certified Wine Sommelier via The Court of Masters

She is also an entrepreneur, food, water and wine expert, freelance writer, food and cocktail recipe developer and mentor.

Jocelyn is the Co-owner of EAT Honolulu. 

 

Since 2004, she is certified as a Sommelier via the Court of Masters and since 2017, certified as a Water Sommelier per Doemen's University within Munich, Germany. She is currently the ONLY Water Somm "lucky to live" Hawaii as well as one of five women in the nation with such extensive training and title!

She helps food businesses restructure their products more effectively to increase sales and improve customer loyalty and engagement. 

 

Jocelyn is an active member of Les Dames d’Escoffier International and Hawaii Chapter, an invitation-only philanthropic organization of women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality. 

She is also a recent graduate of the Emerging Leaders Program via the Small Business Association.

She volunteers with LDEI, Slow Food, Hawaii Film Festival International, Dazzle, Hawaii Food Bank, Green Tables Initiative. 

She especially loves to support female entrepreneurs, women in wine and is a passionate people connector., Always seeking to collaborate with people who make consistent efforts in sustainability of Hawaii - utilizing locally grown, locally sourced, locally made and also to strive to re-use and re-cycle.

He is also an entrepreneur, food and wine expert, food and cocktail recipe developer, consultant and mentor.

He is the Co-owner of EAT Honolulu. Since 1996, a graduate of New England Culinary Institute and restaurateur for nine years.

He helps food businesses restructure their space, time management and menu more effectively to increase sales and improve customer loyalty and engagement. 

 

He volunteers with LDEI, Slow Food, Hawaii Film Festival International, Dazzle and Hawaii Food Bank.

He especially loves to support entrepreneurs looking to take a chance on themselves, be all in this professional and people who make consistent efforts in sustainability of Hawaii - utilizing locally grown, locally sourced, locally made and also to strive to re-use and re-cycle.
